POWERS :

In pursuance of the foregoing objects (but not further otherwise) the Trustees are hereby empowered.

  • To purchase take on lease or in exchange, hire or otherwise acquire any property, real or personal immovable or movable and any rights or privileges necessary for the promotion of the objects of the Trust and to construct alter improve and maintain any buildings or erections or other property necessary for the work of the Trust.

  • To cell let mortgage dispose of or turn to account all or any of the properties or asses of the Trust.

  • To borrow or raise or acquire payment of money in such manner as the trust may think fit and to secure the same or the repayment or performance of any best liability or contract guarantee other engagement incurred or to be entered into by the Trust in any way.

  • To permit any agents or any other persons authorized by the Trust to use and occupy any building, erections or other property of the Trust on such terms and conditions as the Trust deem fit.

  • To enter into any arrangements with any government or authority, central, state, municipal or otherwise in

  • To undertake and execute charitable Trusts.

  • To receive and take any gift or don dine or other from any of the objects of the Trust may nevertheless decline to accept any gift or take over any property having annexed to it condition or obligation not approved by the Trust.

  • The funds of the Trust shall be invested in the modes specified under the provisions of section 13 (1) (d) read with section 11 (5) of the Income Tax Act 1961.

  • To open branches of the Trust at any place in India.

  • The board of Trustees shall lay down general policy for the furtherance of the aims and objects or any of them.

  • The funds and income of the Trust shall be solely utilized towards the achievement 01 the objects and no portion of it shall be utilized for payment of trustees by way of profit, interest, dividends etc.

  • The Trust formed is irrevocable.

  • The benefit of the Trust shall be open all irrespective of caste, creed or religion.

  • Every amount of money which is collected in this trust shall make deposit in any nationalized Bank. In the name of trust.

  • The founder Trustee, president, secretary and Treasurer any two of there person sign to any of the bank related papers.(founder Trustee must sign every banking related papers)
