Who We Are
This Trust shall be a Charitable Trust. All its properties, funds an income
thereof shall be applied in India, solely for the purpose of this Trust and
towards the promotion.Trust estate together with all additions and accretions thereto and all accumulated income thereof and all the other property or properties that may be acquired out of the same or otherwise may hereafter be subject to the TRUST ( hereinafter referred to as “ THE TRUST FUND” for the religious objects and on the terms and conditions hereinafter contained and concerning the same.There are people who have much more than they need to live while others have barely enough to survive.
Poor people do not have enough clothing, food, education and healthcare. Being poor means deprived economically, politically and socially. They hardly get opportunities. They have inadequate nutrition, higher risk of diseases and lack access to healthcare and basic essentials for living resulting in low achievement.

NOW THIS DEED OF TRUST WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:-
01. THE TRUST ESTATE/FUND:–
In order to effectuate the said objects of creating and establishing a “SERVE HUMANITY TRUST ” the Founder Trustors had delivered to and made over to the TRUSTEES a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) with intent to part with all his right, title and interest claim therein and vest the same in the TRUSTEES to have and to hold the same and the investment or investments for the time being representing the same and all other properties that may for the time being representing the same and all other properties that may for the time being represent the Trust estate together with all additions and accretions thereto and all accumulated income thereof and all the other property or properties that may be acquired out of the same or otherwise may hereafter be subject to the TRUST ( hereinafter referred to as “ THE TRUST FUND” for the religious objects and on the terms and conditions hereinafter contained and concerning the same.
02. NAME OF THE TRUST: –
The name of the Trust shall be called ‘SERVE HUMANITY, and the registered office of the Trust shall be at No.07, Venkoji Rao Khane, Behind Khwaja Masjid Mangammanapalya, Bommanahalli, Bangalore-5600 68,which may be removed from time to time to such other place or places as the TRUSTEES may deem fit and proper at their discretion.
03. DATE OF COMMENCEMENT: –
The trust will come into operation from 17th day of May 2022.
04. REGISTERED OFFICE OF THE TRUST: –
The registered office of the Trust shall be No.07, Venkoji Rao Khane, Behind Khwaja Masjid Mangammanapalya, Bommanahalli, Bangalore-5600 68, which may be removed from time to time to such other place or places as the TRUSTEES may deem fit and proper at their discretion.
05. ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE TRUST: –
The Administrative office of the trust shall be situated at No.07, Venkoji Rao Khane, Behind Khwaja Masjid Mangammanapalya, Bommanahalli, Bangalore-5600 68,
06. JURISDICTION OF THE TRUST:-The Jurisdiction of the trust shall be the whole of the country INDIA
